We need to promote the interests of the Housekeeping profession and build a solid platform for the exchange of information and ideas. We need to promote leadership, education, resources and opportunities within the our trade.
The IHS is an ideal forum to meet all above criteria. Our profession has changed a lot over the past few years as technology and automation are taking on stage. Yet, our biggest asset, our people need to be nurtured, motivated and developed in order to live up to the expectations to come. The IHS will assist in overcoming those challenges and increase awareness of professionalism and education in our field.
